Seoul Station luggage storage (서울역 물품보관) is the easiest in the city to find: the subway part of the station alone has over 70 lockers across Lines 1 and 4, plus a staffed counter. This guide shows exactly where each locker bank is, which exit it’s near, how many lockers of each size there are, and what it costs.

Last checked: October 2026. Locker locations and counts come from Seoul Metro’s official open data (June 30, 2026). Prices change, so check the app before you go.

Quick answer

  • Cheapest: T-Locker banks on Line 1 (near Exit 1, and between Exits 2 and 3) and Line 4 (near Exits 11 and 14).
  • No app, someone looks after your bag: the T-Luggage counter on B1 between Exits 1 and 2, open 9:00 AM–10:00 PM.
  • Going to or from the airport: see the T-PASS delivery option in our Seoul luggage storage overview.

Large lockers go first, especially on Friday afternoons and holiday weekends. If the Line 1 banks are full, Line 4 near Exits 11 and 14 is your backup. The nearest alternatives are Hoehyeon Station (회현역), one stop away on Line 4, and City Hall Station (시청역), one stop away on Line 1.

T-Locker sizes and prices

SizeInside dimensions (W × D × H)FitsWeekday, first 4 hours
Small50 × 30 × 60 cmBackpack, shopping bags~2,200 KRW
Medium50 × 45 × 60 cmCarry-on suitcase~3,300 KRW
Large50 × 90 × 60 cmChecked-size suitcase~4,400 KRW

After the first 4 hours you pay extra by the hour, and weekend rates are higher. The app shows the exact price before you pay.

How to use a T-Locker

  1. Book in the T-Locker (또타라커) app, which has an English menu, or scan the QR code on the locker to use the web version without installing anything. Seoul Metro finished rolling the no-app web option out to every station with lockers in August 2026.
  2. Pick the station and a size. The app shows real-time availability, so check before you walk over.
  3. Pay by card, open the locker with the code or QR, and keep your receipt or booking screen until you collect your bag.

Lockers aren’t for valuables, food, animals or anything hazardous. Need longer than a few days? T-Locker also has a monthly storage option.

T-Luggage: the staffed counter

If you’d rather hand your bag to a person, the T-Luggage (또타러기지) counter is on B1 between Exits 1 and 2. It’s open 9:00 AM–10:00 PM, and you can’t collect bags after closing. No app needed. Weekday prices for 4 hours run roughly 3,000 KRW (small) to 9,000 KRW (extra-large suitcase), with higher weekend rates. This is also where airport luggage delivery is handled.

Other luggage options at Seoul Station

Seoul Station is also a KTX and Airport Railroad (AREX) station, and those parts run their own lockers and services, separate from Seoul Metro’s T-Locker. Private storage shops around the station, some open 24 hours, are another option for very early or late flights. Compare their hours with your train or flight time.

FAQ

Can I store luggage overnight at Seoul Station?
T-Locker charges by the hour, so longer storage just costs more. The staffed T-Luggage counter closes at 10:00 PM, so pick up before then.

Will a 28-inch suitcase fit?
Use a large T-Locker (50 × 90 × 60 cm inside) or the T-Luggage counter, which takes extra-large bags.

Do I need a Korean phone number?
The web version opened from the locker’s QR code was made so visitors can use it without signing up.
